Publicity and Visibility Benefits
   
Presenting Sponsorship Your name will be clearly visible everywhere this event is promoted.
Event Home Page 100s if not 1,000s of people will see this. Several web sites and email blasts will link up to this page.
“Our Sponsors” Web Page 100s of people will see this.
T-Shirts Approximately 250 registrants and volunteers will get one.
Brochures & Posters 5000 brochures and 500 posters will be printed and distributed in most of the area bike shops, libraries, health clubs, YMCA, etc., and about 50 area churches.
“Thank our Sponsors” About 250 riders, walkers, and volunteers will get this sheet inside goodie bags.
Goodie bags About 250 riders, walkers, and volunteers will get one.  
Banners About 250 riders, walkers, and volunteers will see your banner at the staging area.
Booth About 250 riders, walkers, and volunteers will see your booth at the staging area.

Important Deadlines to Remember
   
Brochures & Posters Please submit logo for brochure/poster by March 15, 2007 for the first printing. There will probably be further printings as we get closer to the event.
 
T-shirts Please submit your logo for the T-shirts by June 1, 2007.
 
Goodie Bags Please submit your promotional items for the goodie bag by June 30, 2007.
 
Banners Please submit your banner for the event by June 30, 2007.
 
Web Pages We need your logo and/or link to your webpage (if applicable) before those benefits go into effect.
 
     
Financial Donation Deadline: Please provide at least 50% of donation before benefits go into effect and the remainder of the donation no later than 1 month after the benefits went into effect.
